Core charges do not reflect the value of the part, they are an incentive to return the part to us. Junk parts sent as cores cannot be returned and will not receive core credit. |

Core returnability will be determined by the remanufacturer and/or NPD® |

Returned core must be rebuild-able. |

No broken or missing parts, cracked cases, deeply grooved surfaces etc. |
|
Moveable items must not be frozen, locked or rusted solid. |
|
No cases with torch cuts. |
|
No welded or bent shafts, ears etc. |
|
Shafts, splines, keyways & threads must be good. |
|
No disassembled cores credited. |
|
Returned core must be same part as rebuilt unit purchased. |
|
Returned core must be returned in same box as rebuilt unit purchased. |
|
Drain all fluids prior to return and wrap in plastic to prevent leakage. |
