NPD Service/Status during COVID-19

To our valued NPD Customers,

As the COVID-19 crisis continues to twist, turn and unfold, we will do our best to communicate on this page our current status, policies and efforts, to ensure the safety of our employees, their families, and our customers. As of now, here is what you should know…

  • All NPD locations are accepting phone calls, taking orders and shipping orders at full capacity. All online orders are being processed and shipped at full capacity.
  • At our Florida, Michigan, North Carolina and California Depots - Our sales counters are re-opened for business. Please maintain proper 6-foot + social distancing, and only one person per-order is allowed in the showroom. If you feel more comfortable with curbside service, We will be happy to take your order over the phone, process it, and pull it immediately. Once your order is pulled and ready, we will then call you back to notify. Upon your arrival at NPD, call, and we will deliver the order to your vehicle.
