First time I have ever purchased a "battery tender". The directions were very clear to know how it works and what to expect in the process. I really like that it's small and compact with a long enough cord. So far, so good. I'll let you know in April how it handled the battery in my Muscle Car, when I start it. Thank you for being so helpful on the phone order as well. I look at other parts suppliers for my 66 Chevelle, but always buy with confidence from NPD.
