Does not have the inserts in the holes that are needed to mount the motor. Only got it to work with large quantity of washers of various sizes from hardware store.

YES I would recommend this product.
The mounting hardware has never been available and we do not
mention anything about having hardware in the description. Because the
motor was originally assembled to the bracket at Ford's component/supplier plant, the mounting hardware
is not listed in the assembly manuals. No part numbers exist for some of
the required parts.
