The cable was 2 inches longer than the one I had so I could not use it. Would not let carburetor open all the way.

Too long for my application. (1968 f100 with a 302 swap from a 1979 F150) I will likely modify it or add a cable guide to take up the slack, otherwise, this is a quality product.
