Yes! This actually is a E5TZ-8146-H. Really good quality too. I ordered this part from 2 different suppliers before NPD and got the wrong part twice. They both sent me E5TZ-8146-J. Why is a E5TZ-8146-H so hard to find?

This fan shroud was/is identical to the fan shroud in my 93 f150 5.0. It doesn't fell like flimsy plastic but not as still as the oem it replaced. I only replaced the oem shroud was a broken tab the bolts up to the radiator. Happy with price fit and finish.
