I stockpiled most of my sheet metal pre-pandemic, so I am uncertain if the tooling has changed, per reviewer's on certain parts...21 gauge, improved fender worked out nicely on the ground-up restoration for my late-'66 coupe. The guys at the auto body shop lightly sanded the upper body line(s), thus sharpening the fenders edge to match the contours / body line of the original doors. These fender do not have pre-drilled holes, so you'll need to use your old fenders as a "template" to ensure proper placement of the fender emblems. The project and look turned out very well.

These fenders fit excellent they are the best on the market, NPD does their home work. However after receiving these one side had damage at the very bottom of the front corner which put a slight crees into the metal which I didn’t notice, after calling NPD to explain that I noticed this awhile after, I was rejected from getting a replacement, But I did talk to one of there representatives who said it shouldn’t be a problem?? Found out it was a different location so ended up with a big NO.

We truly do our best to bend over backwards when it comes to claims and issues such as this. But these fenders were purchased March of 2020, over 3 years ago. Unfortunately, there's just too much time passed and too many ways the fender could have been inadvertently damaged while in your possession. Most of our competitors follow a very strict and militant 60-day policy, with zero exceptions. We understand how restorations progress, so we try to be far more liberal. But 3+ years? That's beyond our ability, and I apologize if anyone on our sales team indicated otherwise. Perhaps they were not aware of your purchase date.
