Cork. Each. Made exactly to the original Ford blueprints with every dimension and radius is as Ford intended. Lower tab positions are correct for 62-65 221, 260 and 289 engines (8.78 inch on center). Even the locating tabs are the proper size and shape. Exact concours correct gaskets you will not find anywhere else. Missing only the urethane coating originally applied to each gasket. .1875 thick cork. An NPD exclusive reproduction!
These gaskets match the Ford blueprints exactly. As such, you will find that the locking tabs are quite a bit wider than the notches in the steel valve covers. It is a tight fit but that is the way Ford designed them. To ease installation you might want to trim the width of the tab down slightly.
