This gear kit is designed to help replace a broke or stripped gear set on your 1994 thru 1998 SN95 Mustang power seat track. This kit features an upgrade gear case as well as steel internal gears to ensure a long lasting life. This kit also includes all the require hardware need to properly install the new gear set. Note that this kit is not a direct replacement and requires minor trimming of the original seat frame. Installation instructions are included for proper install or see install instructions below for more details.
Restoration Note:
This seat regulator gear assembly is designed to work with all power seat tracks from 1994 thru 1998. Ford changed the part numbers of the seat tracks from a F2ZZ to a F4ZZ to a F8ZZ over the years. See NPD part number M-14547-2BT for correct 1992 thru 1993 gear kit.

This product is listed as a "direct fit replacement" for your factory power seats. This is not true, you will be required to drill out the existing pivot pins and cut your seat frame in order for this kit to be installed. This I verified with the manufacture, "Two Men in a Garage". NPD has this part description wrong. Not a difficult modification but please understand this is not a direct fit for your factory seats.
