Verified Buyer GLASS, REAR WINDOW, CLEAR

Back window arrived broken. Guess I have to deal with ups now. Looked like it could have been wrapped better in the box. Bubble wrap maybe? Rubber seal looks good quality,. Window didn't need to be in such a wide box. It caved in the center right where the glass was.

GLASS, REAR WINDOW, CLEAR

BEWARE!! The first window arrived completely broken. The second has glass shavings and glass powder all around the edges. The edges were so rough my tint guy refused to touch it. Said they can't guarantee any work on something this poorly made.

The glass is hand-cut by a restoration company in Ohio who's been serving the Ford community for over 5 decades. We are sorry if the edges aren't polished perfectly like a mass-produced glass, but if installed properly the edges get the seal strip, so the edges are protected. We've been selling this glass for 10 years now, over 100 sold, and this is the first ever issue voiced about it, with no returns on record either. Please do be aware that the glass is shipped with protective tape 360-degrees around the perimeter. Last, yes, flat glass is the most vulnerable from a fragility standpoint, and up until the point that it's installed, breakage is a real risk. This particular glass had to tour all the way from the east coast to the west, and yes, the first one failed to make it. We shipped a replacement, packed to the nines, the following day.
