I used this grommet on the filler neck in the plastic tank of a 79 F250 4x4. That tank was only put in the 78 & 79 4x4. Requires a grommet for the filler neck which is not reproduced. This is not an exact fit but I put some o-ring lube on it and got it in and it sealed.
