The quality of the parts and a reasonable price point warrants a 5. The only issue that made it a 4 was that one of the auto adjust cables was for the 10" brake drums and therefore too long for my 9" brake drums. I had a spare from another project but it could have caused a lot more headache had I needed to deal with an exchange.
