The vinyl was separated from fiberglass backing in 5 different places. Very poor quality by tmi. Some body from npd should have opened the box before sending out. If you are going to buy on go pick it up so you can inspect it before they send it. In the end after shipping it cost about $500.00 dollars. Once you except it its yours. Would be very nice if it was better quality. It looked like some one opened up cause it had two kinds of tape on it. Maybe was sent back by someone and put back on shelf. The box with side panels was not taped in good enough so broke lose and slid around and scratched the vinyl some what. BE AWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After NPD was made aware of my issues with the headliner, they offered to send a new one or refund my money and shipping charges. I originally wanted them to send a replacement headliner, but after they inspected all they had in stock, all had the same defect. Although I would not recommend this product until TMI works out their issues, I would definitely recommend working with NPD. All of my interactions with them have been respectful and responsive.
