Hinge appears to be of good quality, just have not installed yet. Hopefully it will fit as promised and all will be great...

I bought this item NEW and it came in the box USED. I then called to resolve this issue and it took 2wks for me to even get the return label. Now I have to wait for the old item to get back to NPD in Michigan so they can send me the NEW one I originally purchased. The process of returning the item took to long because the person who was in charge of starting the process never walked the paperwork down to the next guy. I still do recommend the NEW parts.
