The Hitch-Haul carrier is a sturdy item, works well for what I need to haul. I deducted a star from the rating because the item pictured on NPD's website is not the item that they are selling. The hitch bar is actually straight, not curved (to gain extra ground clearance), as the picture shows. If your vehicle is low to the ground, you will have to purchase a hitch adapter to raise it up from the ground. Otherwise, it is a very good product.
