Fiberglass. Must remove hood hinge springs and install hood pins 16700 and prop rod 16826-1.
It is common for fiberglass parts to be delivered minor surface imperfections. Unfortunately this cannot be prevented and is considered normal. These blemishes are easily cured and their existence does not constitute a defective part. Trial fit all parts before welding, altering, sanding or priming/painting. ALL fiberglass parts require some level of preparation and fitting. In certain cases modifications may be required. Fiberglass parts are NOT warranted against cracking, warpage or fit. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for proper installation. Experienced professional installation is recommended. Altered or painted parts cannot be returned.

Hood arrived in great condition..was well packed.However, has big fit problems. To maintain anywhere near the correct hood to cowl gap, I had to modify my hood catch back 1/2" to get the hooks to engage. This was due to improper placement of the holes for attachment of the hood latch safety bar and latch post. Additionally, the hood front lip will have to be modifed because it bumps against the top of the headlight bucket preventing it from aligning flush with the front fenders. Would only recommend if you are not shy on making modifications!
