INSULATOR, Motor Mount, premium, Use on a 250 may work or it may not, Some have said these do not work due to some dimensional differences, We highly recommend taking measurements of your existing mounts before installing these replacements, premium, best replacement, premium versions are better looking and seem to be manufactured to a higher standard, In many cases the mounts look nearly concours correct with natural steel stamping with rubber mold overflow and flashing
