Unbelievably difficult to install in glass track. Product comes with a instant contact adhesive backing. Other similar products I have used allows me to apply with cement and get properly aligned and in place. Working with this was like the proverbial Tar Baby, if you peel the backing it sticks to everything on the way in, in all the wrong places and cannot be moved without damaging it. Did not come with any instructions. If there are any, I'd be happy to see them as I only had to use it for one track and have some left over. I finally got it in one track by only removing a strip of backing to allow me to place it to the bottom of track, then finessed each side in while removing the backing for each. I still ended up with some ridges I could not smooth down.

After reading other reviews adout this product, I cut the channel incert into three strips to ease installation. Worked and looks good, time will tell.

Bought this kit to recondition the door glass tracks, you really need to do this to keep the glass tight & solid. No way to install this in one go, you will need to cut it out in three strips......... firstly, do the base followed by one side , followed by the other side, slowly peeling away the backing an inch at a time pressing down with your fingers as you go. Fold the edges over last once you’ve worked any ripples out. Install the pre cut top piece last. Looks & fits perfect. Take your time this stuff really sticks.
