Front forward wiring and engine harness are not correct. They are for SS with gauges for a 1971 model with some minor changes. Just to clarify the 1972 relocated the horn relay to the firewall which then utilized the engine harness vs the one shown on the diagram that shows it was wired thru front light harness. Also in 1972 GM ran the tach wire thru the bulkhead instead of it being separated and ran thru the firewall with grommet on 70-71 models. Wiper wiring on this diagram also incorrect as it shows it wired thru the engine harness and that was swapped when they relocated the horn relay. I bought this as a previous owner has added cheap aftermarket gauges and I was returning it back stock. Only took a second to see something was wrong. You can even check and compare. Even NPD has the harnesses year specific between 71-72. Needs to be corrected. Yea- I ordered the correct one. My car is a 72 with U14 gauge package with all of its original wiring with the exception of the clipped wiring that I was trying to correct with this diagram.
