Sorry, but it’s poor Chinese quality. Cap and gasket are thin and the bail clamp isn’t very strong to squeeze down on the cap, so fluid leaks out. Had to also file/smooth down the cast cylinder to try to stop the leak.

Yes it is made in China but beyond that I’m not seeing what
he is. I pulled the two we have and the bail wires are tight and there
are witness marks on the gaskets showing what appears to be a complete seal.
