Product stated it is was remote control. I called to verify and spoke to someone who stated that in fact it was remote control and that the hardware may have been cut off of the picture. I purchased multiple items without any issues but when I took this mirror out the box it did not have the lever for the remote control. When I called back about it I spoke to some younger guy who did not help at all only made things worse. When I stated what was going on he told me that it meant that it looked like the remote control mirror but did not come with one. I then told him I spoke to someone who told me it was a remote control lever as stated in the description. He then told me if I knew anything about cars or my car that I would have known that they do not originally come with one. I then told him a lot of cars don’t come with a lot of after market parts doesn’t mean they are not available and that the description should have stated it was a look alike but not and actual remote mirror he continued to say I didn’t know anything about my car and when I told him he was no help if I could speak to a manager I was hung up on called back and they told me they were no managers on the weekends. They said they would let a manger know to contact me back but never received a call. Good product overall but horrible customer service this time around

Beautiful and solid piece. Think Scott Drake is between production runs, and I got the last one in the U.S. Really vibration-free and comes with the tricky inside screw already adjusted correctly.
