Mirror rattles and doesn't adjust right.

The rattling is most
likely due to the set-screw being loose from the factory. Simply push the
inside/inboard side of the mirror all of the way forward/in, to reveal the phillips-head
screw that is accessible on the outside/outboard side of the mirror. Snug that
up, and that should eliminate your rattle, and HOPEFULLY that also addresses
your adjusting issue. If your adjusting issue is something different, please
advise.
