I ordered some parts for my Mustang 351ci from the NPD. I live on the other side of the world compared to the USA in Europe, but that doesn't matter anymore nowadays. In spite of the good packaging, sometimes things go wrong with a part and then they tackle it rigorously at NPD. I sent some photos of the Molding Panel that were damaged. One week later the mail delivered a new Molding Panel. I think that's a good service, thanks to NPD!

Poor fit. Has to be manipulated to fit over hood lip. Thin gauge metal is easily damaged.
