Holes and brace lined up perfectly on my '66 Coupe. U.S Made Thicker Steel. I didn't add this piece because I race cars...I added this brace because it prevents the doors from sagging a few years down the road. I highly recommend you add the front torque boxes as well.

Overall, just what the description says. Be aware that you may to manipulate your cowl area to make the holes line up. I clamped the bracket and then pulled the cowl lip to it with the bolts. Good product.
