This mounting kit is designed to give you all the hardware you need to mount your front shaker engine bracket to your timing cover. This kit includes 2 correct style mounting nuts that attach to existing mounting studs that are located in the timing cover. Next we include 1 correct hex head flange bolt that mounts into the timing cover and secures the engine bracket. So if you are missing hardware or your original hardware has seen better days then this is the kit for you.

Note:

This mounting kit only mounts the front shaker engine bracket to the timing cover. If you are needing the lower shaker bracket hardware see M-18C593-145AK or see M-18C593-147AK for rear shaker engine bracket mounting hardware.

Restoration Note:

The factory style 2003-2004 Mustang Mach 1 Shaker system is secured to the engine using a total of three engine brackets. First is the lower shaker bracket, this unit is located directly under the shaker and is the connection point between the front engine bracket and the rear intake bracket. The lower shaker bracket also acts as the mid point between the top and the bottom sections and hold the mounting studs and insulators. Second is the front engine bracket that is mounted to the timing cover. This is the large aluminum bracket you can see when the hood is open. Third and final bracket is located at the back of the intake manifold and is mounted to the throttle body and EGR Vacuum control valve.
