Repair style. Use to attach the 13489 bezel to the taillight body when the body holes are stripped out. Use in conjunction with 13489-1K or original size screws. Best used when the hole size is excessively large for even the 13434-1K screws. Intended to be used on the back of the taillight housing and will be visible inside the trunk.

I ordered this kit to try to repair my old taillight housings, which were stripped out. They are just speed nuts that slip over the ear of the housing. However, I could not find an orientation that would allow me to install them completely without them poking out too far from the housing, which prevented the bezel from attaching correctly. These do not work to repair taillight housings. However, the oversize thread screws that NPD sells DO work.
