Installation Note:
Please check your original ID code to ensure proper replacement. Up until 1989 Ford did not have different printed circuit boards for engine options. In 1990 Ford offered two different printed boards for 2.3L vs 5.0L. These units from NPD are designed to be used on 5.0L applications that featured the 7000 rpm tachometer.
Restoration Note:
Ford listing show two Ford part numbers F0ZZ-10K843-A & F3ZZ-10K843-A. The F0ZZ was replaced by the F3ZZ unit. They both featured different ID codes located on the part. Please note that the part number and the ID code are different. The ID code will be the number listed on the part itself. The part number was Fords internal sales number.
