I was lucky on this one == both filters had the gasket missing and the box had a hole in it. Luckily both gaskets were stuck in the loose paper provided. Another thing that was odd with these filter were the labels attached to them. Maybe use the label to hold on the gasket during shipping?

These do not arrive in individual boxes, they were just thrown openly in the shipping box. When I opened the box, one rolled out on the floor. Not knowing what packing paper, etc. may have gotten inside, I just threw them both away.
