Use to repair a rusted out section of my 1987 Chevy truck. It’s good heavy gauge steel with EDP coating. However, the ribs are not the same shape or dimensions as the factory bed. They are narrower and taller. Took some tweaking and bending but everything went together good. You can certainly tell there is difference between the repair section and original sheet metal.
