In 1968, some Chevelle and Malibu models assembled between late March and the end of April actually got Buick or Oldsmobile black interiors! By checking the trim tag on your firewall, you can determine if your Chevelle or Malibu model got the unique interiors thanks to GM. This front door panel set is done to exact standards by Legendary Auto Interiors Ltd., matching exactly what GM originally offered in sheen and grain, as well as install easier and present better than some driver quality brands. Pre-assembled panels include metal garnish top rails with correct contours and rolled ends, windowfelts and door lock ferrules installed. Customer must re-use original emblems / trim, and attaching hardware is not included (available separately under NPD part number C-14875-75A for clips, C-14875A-1K for door plugs, or part number C-14875-1AK for a 32-piece kit with clips, plugs and screws).

Restoration Note:

Please check the trim tag on your firewall: this interior option would be used if your tag has "765-158" or "765-168" or "766-178" under the trim number.

Note:

NPD advises to use these panels with original or Premium seat upholstery and quarter trim panels for correct color match.
