The arm is of quality, and happy over all. Suggestion on Two things that got me, listed RH or LH, I think missed which side it truly is or doesn't match other labeled LH/RH parts I ordered, ended up getting a LH (second order) for Passenger side. So look at the Great picture when ordering to orientate properly. The minus a star is for Not receiving the retainer clip with the arm(s). Kind of crucial when placing all new in when the lock was missing totally.
