Near exact repro with FoMoCo script oval and incorrect C6AZ-6A664-N part number ink stamped in white (should be XE-127296 in 66 and C6OE-6853-D in 66-67). Correctly formed 90 bends. 3/4 O.D. x 1/2 I.D x 8 3/8 long on center hose. This length hose is used with the tall square style valve cover introduced on 5/2/66.

Fit over PCV valve and into vacuum fitting at base of carb. Could have been an inch longer in my opinion, but it was a perfect match to the one that was there with hose clamps to keep it on. Simply reused the ckamps and all is well.
