Combining a rebuilt original GM power steering with a brand new fluid reservoir (featuring rounded neck and made to OE specifications), this power steering pump provides a cost savings to a brand new one. Lares builds these pumps with the same strict OE tolerances for internal parts and seals as GM did, then backs them up with a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Note:

This pump may require reusing your pressure connection fitting on the reservoir, or a new one can be purchased under NPD part number C-6673-1A.

Installation / Warranty Notes:

You must flush the Power Steering system completely any time components are replaced to eliminate any contamination and to validate manufacturer's warranties.Many transmission fluids available on the market do not meet manufacturer's minimum standards for friction, viscosity, corrosion or wear. Research has found the cause of many power steering related failures can be traced back to low quality fluid. Dont risk your restoration on a budget brand fluid.
