Tool worked exactly as described!!! Easy to fit on pulley and easy to remove pulley with very little effort, a super tool!

Product did not remove the pulley. The screw stripped out when I placed tension on it. I would have returned it for a refund, but after paying the shipping it was not worth it. Extremely unsatisfied.

This is an exact duplicate of the Ford specified tool, and we have sold hundreds and hundreds without failure or claim. I can only guess that you either received a defective tool, or that not enough threads were engaged. In either case, the manufacturer places a lifetime warranty on the tool. If you would simply call us at 1-800-874-7595, we'll happily ship a replacement.
