I had to reshape the door edge and the bottom edge of the panel to get a good fit. the bottom had to be raised up to get the body lines to line up and the door gap was not even from top to bottom. I did have to massage the rear tail light area to get the tail light to sit flat. I had to bend the panel in more at the point where the rear lower tail panel and upper valance meet. I replaced the outer wheel tub as well and for what it is I was very pleased it.

I purchased both the passenger and driver side. The passenger side fit great and the alignment along the door looked good. The driver side was an exception, the edge along the door is wavy, the quarter panel extension doesn't even fit, the quarter panel will need a lot of modifications to fit properly. The fit along the sail was horrible and needing modification. At this point I'm looking at purchasing something other than DynaCorn to get this fitting better. I would not recommend getting the driver side of the quarter panel.

The panel fit at the extension was terrible. I fully expect to have to massage new sheet metal, but this was next level. The front of the quarter met well with the shape of the door, but will have to cut and trim the skin to get the gapping correct at the door, very wavy. Problems arose at the extension and taillight panel interface. The top is very close to correct. The bottom was out 3/4” past where the z-bar tank support ties in at the trunk drop panel. Also the angle of the extension was off. To fix, I cut out a triangular slice (3/8” thick on bottom) on skin to move the bottom outer portion of the extension in 3/8” and moved the interior of the extension in 3/4” and welded all back into place. The angle now matches the existing quarter and I can line up the z-bar and tail light panel without significant issue. Believe I will have to massage the rear valence to deal with that length being a little shorter now, but dynacorn panels are on back order (about 43 in CA right now) so I am dealing with what I can find.

I stockpiled most of my sheet metal pre-pandemic, so I am uncertain if the tooling has changed, per reviewer's on certain parts...the auto body shop had no issues installing both the quarter panel and the Canadian Made outer wheelhouse that was available at the time; the cut created upon removal of the original quarter panel was professionally 'leaded.' The body lines aligned nicely and the predrilled holes for the rear quarter emblem were spot-on for my '66 coupe.
