NPD Item # 3590-1Q, Quick Steering Kit issue resolved What was ordered was not delivered. The order was for a 3 part steering kit. The shipment included only 2 parts of the kit. The web site showed the kit coming with 3 parts, the catalog shows it with only 2 parts. I ordered on line using the website info. After a call to try to resolve the issue, I was contacted by NPD about the problem. They arranged for me to get a refund for the missing part. I am impressed with the Company wanting to satisfy a customer and make things right. Shows a commitment to customer service. I will use them again. Thank you Rick.
