3 row, 3/8" tubes. 147 cores, 16 fins per inch. 20 1/4" core width x 16 1/2" core height x 1 1/2" core thickness. Inlet 1 1/2" RH, outlet 1 3/4" LH, 6" trans cooler. Front/saddle mount. OE styled replacement radiator by Thermal Solutions whose radiator roots goes back to Modine, the original supplier to Ford. Copper brass construction with soldered cores and internal reinforcements at the critical connections.
Note: Thicker than original radiators may require a shorter fan spacer. Check for a minimum of 1/2” clearance (1” preferred) between the fan and radiator core BEFORE you start your engine! The use of a different length of fan spacer can easily remedy this. Thicker than original radiators may also need modifications to the saddle mounts to fit the thicker tanks and for the location of the drain cocks. 67’s using 24” extra cooling radiators, brass or aluminum, will require the use of 68-70 lower mounts (8052-1A, 1B, 1C) for a proper mounting. Aluminum radiators and heater cores require 50/50 mix coolant replacement at least every 24 months or 30,000 miles to maintain the necessary silicate levels that prevent corrosion in aluminum.

1st off this is a 3 row design radiator but it holds to the overall thickness of the OEM two row unit - the tubes are just not as big. I was able to use my factory fan spacer and fan. It has the general look, although not exact of the factory unit. The side flanges are shaped correctly. It came with barbed hose fittings to screw into the transmission cooler ports for those using the cooler. The drain plug is a winged plug with a washer. However it turns out that the port is threaded standard 1/4"NPT so I just installed a traditional brass petcock for a more correct look. Once installed the lower hose port had plenty of clearance on the frame to get a hose with clamp on it. I looked quite a while to find a traditional brass and copper radiator with the OEM look that I didn't need a bank loan to buy. Seems like there are lots of thicker aluminum units available but few brass and copper.
