Good construction but it needed to be fitted for a 69 convertible. It was 5/8" too wide so it had to be re-cut lengthwise.

Does not fit 69/70 without a LOT of mods. Holes are wrong for everything. Because of the way it installs, it is VERY difficult to make accurate measurements to ensure fit. If you are going to use this on a 69/70 be VERY cautious on your cuts so you can splice it in properly.

Things haven’t improved over the past few years. The rocker is still about 1/2” too wide and extends about that distance beyond the quarter panel on my 67 fastback. It requires taking out about 1/2” of material in the sill channel to make it fit properly. I haven’t attempted to make it fit, but the best option might be to form a jig and hammer out the sill channel so it becomes deeper and narrower.
