Repro. Steel painted semi gloss black like original. Fits behind hood molding and rivets to the hood. This is an exact repro of the version with the rounded (not folded over) lip. We have noticed that the 3 rivet holes are slightly undersized.
Uses 16C694-1K rivet kit to attach to hood.

Looks like it would be a good product if it shipped in a sturdier package. Mine came in a crushed box (3 sides) and the part now has a new bend in it and it’s curved at both ends. The UPS delivery came when I wasn’t home. I filed a damage report on the part with UPS. It’s been about a week and a half and no word about my claim other to say they were going to contact NPD. Poor packaging for a UPS Ground shipment.
