Installed this on my '73 mustang. Noticed immediate handling improvement. "Feel" of the road increased. This rear bar along with quality shocks makes the car handle like something much lighter and responsive. Body roll cut down in corners and braking. Make sure you check the clearance for gas tank vent. I had to disconnect and re-route around bar as it positions close against the front of the tank where vent hose comes out and goes up. Bar is formed to stay out of wide tire area as it goes forward to spring anchors. In order to install as close to front of axle housing as possible (which they suggest), I removed the stock spring retainer and replaced with supplied parts. Installation took me about 2hrs + - and pretty straight forward. Fit & finish: powder coated black bar with high gloss finish. Balance of parts cad plated but not polished at all (punched) with black rubber (urathane?) Fit good without any modification necessary to metal parts on car or piece. Looks very nice from wheel well but again,clean but not show quality accessory parts. Does it's job well.
