Corners are crimped instead of rounded but all holes line up so will work fine .

Battery tray looks nice out of the box. You will have put it in a vice and bend it by hand to make it fit where it falls into place but it does fit with some help. Around the lip of tray was pretty rough. Had to take a hammer and dolly to it to clean it up. The "welded" on fastener that accepts the vertical long bolt for the hold down was crooked so the vertical long bolt would not fit the hold down. I attempted to massage that area to straighten up the fastener and it snapped off, quite easily. I'm actually glad it did because it was obvious the weld was weak. I ended up welding it back on correctly and in the right position for the vertical long bolt to align with the hold down.
