These are the ones I wanted. I now check for the proper mounting points, which on my later Chevelles requires three, not two mounts in the bottom of the base, (these are indeed correct for my car, I have bought generics in the past and not realized one hole has no nut welded in for a needed bolt). The low price and source (China) mean that there are some sharp edges and flash from the stamping process but if that bothers you (like it does me) ten minutes with a file takes care of it and I paint them after, (though they look great if you don't modify them btw). Perhaps someday someone will make a stainless-steel version that looks the same but will resist rust better, or you just realize you have to replace them in about 10 years or whenever the rust bothers you enough.

These cables are great, I have purchased similar direct from a manufacturer in the past and these are just as good. This pair cost a lot more though, guess that's inflation at work. Quality is very good.
