In 1968, some Chevelle and Malibu coupe models assembled between late March and the end of April actually got Buick or Oldsmobile black interiors! By checking the trim tag on your firewall, you can determine if your Chevelle or Malibu model got these unique interiors. This rear seat upholstery is done to exact standards by Legendary Auto Interiors Ltd., matching exactly what GM originally offered in sheen and grain, as well as install easier and present better than some driver quality brands.
Restoration Note:
Please check the trim tag on your firewall: this interior option would be used if your tag has "765-158" or "765-168" or "766-178" under the trim number.

NPD advises to use this upholstery with original or Premium front seat upholstery and door / quarter trim panels for correct color match.
