Verified Buyer VALANCE PANEL, REAR

The panel fits perfectly on my 65 Mustang. Looks nice. I wanted the exhaust to exit through the valance instead of under. Only had to remove the brackets for the bumperettes. You will need to order the chrome rings to finish it.

Verified Buyer VALANCE PANEL, REAR

Bought this one because the one I got from another manufacturer needed alot of modifications. The quality of the metal itself was good but needed the same modifications as my other one and since I had started on the first one already, I used that one. The brackets will need to be moved as said in other reviews. The panel itself is not long enough left to right. I cut mine into 3 pieces and added metal to extend it equally on both sides without disturbing the location of the exhaust cutouts. The passenger side was not long enough from top to bottom to finish reaching to the bottom of the quarter panel so I made a template of the driver side and flipped it and fabricated what was needed to make it work.

We have not seen this issue before. To all potential valance buyers, the past history of your car (wrecks, rust-repair, panel repair, etc.etc..) can seriously impact the fit of a new valance.
