Seem to be good quality. Make sure you additionally buy the "bedding compound" to stick them to the doors. Other than that not being mentioned. The 2 big holes line up for the window handle and the door handle. The 3 smaller holes for the arm rest had to be altered in location to fit properly. This should be a easy fix at the factory and shouldn't have to be done by the purchaser. Good quality, sub-par fit. To fit it, I used a hot soldering iron tip and melted the new holes. Now it works fine.
