The carpet had loose loops upon opening and removing it from the box. The loose loops were in the immediately obvious area and cannot be hidden from view once installed. This is not Npds fault but instead it is the manufacturer knowing that they packed a faulty product....these Mustangs are not cheap cars anymore and there is little room for poor quality parts. When selling the car ...my potential buyers will see the faults in the parts immediately. I chose not to return the carpet because npd expects me to run down to the post office and then pay out of my pocket to return an item and the wait for another one. I ordered online because i do not have time to go to the npd store and look through their carpet to find a good one....and because i need to get the car finished so as i can sell it.
