The Ford Performance all-aluminum 2018-2020 5.0L Coyote crate engine is a modern 5.0L 32-valve DOHC V-8 that uses advanced features like Direct and Port Fuel Injection, Twin Independent Variable Camshaft Timing (Ti-VCT), high-flow cylinder heads, and heightened compression ratio to deliver 460 horsepower @ 7,000 rpm and 420 ft.-lb.+ of torque @ 4,600 rpm (with premium fuel). Thelightweight plasma transferred wire arc spray aluminum cylinder block features cross-bolted main bearing caps and thick main bearing bulkheads for bottom-end strength, optimized oil drainback and windage control to improve high-rpm performance.

Control Pack & Engine Harness
Ford Performance requires the use of control pack M-6017-M50BA, NPD offers this correct control pack under part number M-6017-50CCPA. You will need this control pack if installing this GEN 3 coyote in anything other than a factory 2018 thru 2023 Mustang. This control pack is also designed to be used with Manual Transmission and will require the use of aftermarket transmission controller for use with Automatic Transmission like (4R70, 6R80 or 10R80)

Exhaust Information:

This coyote crate engine only includes the RH side or passenger side exhaust manifold. This is due to the 2018-2023 Mustangs at feature a integrated catalytic converter on the LH or driver side. You must reuse this manifold if installing into your S550 Mustang.
