I ordered this certificate on December 14th and it had not arrived on 12/24/21. I called and spoke with customer service representative, Dorene who took the time to look at my order. When she realized that the gift had not been sent, she placed the card in an email to the recipient so that he would have his gift on Christmas. I commend her prompt action and great customer service. The recipient certainly enjoyed his gift! Thanks again Dorene!

It is crazy in this tech world that you can not print a gift certificate from your website. It took 5 days for you to acknowledge my order than mail it out & of course it was late for his birthday!
