Cloth covered 1/8” foam padded card stock. Panels are flat base style headliners and not the molded and contoured deluxe version. Colors are not exact to original but are close. Dome light hole is pre-cut on the panel but not cut out on the cloth to account for variations in the placement of the dome light in different years.

Headliner was a perfect fit, all I had to do was cut out the map light hole in the fabric and that was it. The backing is better than the factory cardboard and the fabric is good quality also. I would definitely buy this again!
