This is the only specialized tool needed to properly disassemble and reassemble a Midland Ross booster. It is used to hold the plastic control hub while removing or reinstalling the diaphragm to prevent cracking or breaking the plastic hub. Damage is common when using spanner wrenches or some home grown fixture. This tool makes the process much safer when done properly. Cheap insurance for the do it yourselfer.
